Bringing Smiles and Care to Massey Street Children’s Hospital, Lagos Island

On Boxing Day in Lagos, our team had the privilege of visiting Massey Street Children’s Hospital on Lagos Island to deliver packs of diapers to the children’s ward. This visit was not just about giving; it was an opportunity to bring comfort, hope, and moments of happiness to the children and their families during a time when they needed it most.

As we spent time in the ward, we were deeply moved by the resilience and courage of the young patients. Each smile and each word of gratitude from the children and their families reminded us of the importance of compassion and community support. The packs of diapers we delivered went beyond meeting basic needs; they symbolized care, love, and the knowledge that these children are seen and valued.

This meaningful initiative was made possible through our collaboration with Hayat kimya, and we would like to specially acknowledge Ola Ezekiel, who represented Hayat Kimya during the visit. His dedication and active involvement ensured that the items reached the children who needed them the most, and his presence helped make the day even more memorable.

At Giving Is Healing Foundation, we believe that small acts of kindness can create ripples of hope. The visit reinforced our mission to continue serving communities, uplifting spirits, and making a lasting impact where it truly matters. We are grateful to everyone who made this possible and remain committed to initiatives that improve the lives of children and their families.
