We seek to empower individuals and groups of people as a planned effort to build assets that increase the capacity of residents to improve their quality of life by working alongside individuals, organizations, governments, and other stakeholders to reduce poverty through Community Development Efforts (CDE). Our mission is to improve living conditions in rural and urban areas through Community Development Efforts (CDE) and our vision is to create a world with little or No poverty.
